Is Shipping Included in the Loot Crate Price?
Yes!

Can I pick my own toys?
Not at this time, as that is part of the adventure! This is a good way to learn what your bird may or may not like, and try something out of what you may normally choose! Feel free to shop our online store for individual options!

Are the toys made out of safe materials, and safe for my bird?
All toys that are sent out are made from 100% bird safe materials. With that said there is no such thing as a 100% bird safe or bird proof toy, perch, cage, etc.. Follow our easy weekly checklist to ensure you are keeping your bird as safe as possible!

Can I subscribe to multiple boxes?
Absolutely! You can get multiples of the same size, or a different size, or even sent to multiple addresses.                                                                                                                                                                                                        
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! As long as your order for that month has not been processed, shipped out, or charged, you can cancel. When you sign up you will see that your billing cycle will always stay on the day you signed up, so you will want to take note of canceling prior to that date. If you are too late canceling for the current month, you will receive the box, and the cancellation will take place the following month.

Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds. Every bird has their own likes and dislikes, and that is part of what makes a subscription box so beneficial. You can learn toys they like, dislike, destroy easily, etc. For this reason we never offer refunds on the boxes, toys or product within the boxes.

How Do I Change My Address-Why Is My Loot Crate Going To The Wrong Place?

This will be a a 2 step process to ensure your Loot Crate Subscription reflects an address change.

 

Login to account

Select person symbol on top right of page

On page in blue letters select “Addresses”

Choose “New Address”

Enter New Address

Save

 Next.....

Select person symbol on right top of page again

In blue letters select “View Subscription”

Next to your current subscription click “View”

Choose “Edit”

Choose the correct address

Save
